Anchored by Schnucks and Target, this redevelopment project demanded expertise in site planning in order to maximize the available real estate. Coordinating closely with the City, major tenants and local agencies, Archimages created a mixed use development featuring office, retail and out parcel opportunities. The design theme utilizes the creative use of multiple building materials in earth tone colors to generate a common theme among all structures. Tenant signage visibility and flexibility were high priorities. Two tower elements were utilized as visual focal points and balance the scale of the large tenants with the strip retail buildings. Archimages has enjoyed a 20 year relationship with the developer and successfully accomplished several retail projects together.
