Archimages was commissioned to design a new 21,800 S.F., 2-story office building with finished lower level. Lower level to house employee fitness center, cafe and future office space. Upper two floors to provide new office, boardroom and work spaces. First floor will have a raised patio for company functions. The exterior construction will feature brick and stone with plaster and stone accent banding. The urban site posed several challenges due to its small size and the close proximity of adjacent buildings. Archimages successfully maximized the building's footprint while maintaining ample parking and efficient site circulation patterns.
