The renovation of an existing single story building included architectural and interior design upgrades. The project included renovating the interior and exterior of the building and site revisions to increase parking and improve traffic circulation. System and code analysis was performed and all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems were provided for the building. Planning and inventory of existing furnishings along with specification of new furniture were incorporated consolidating over 100 personnel from three separate facilities under one roof. Custom window graphics, custom display walls and bold colors transformed an otherwise drab office into a dramatic, distinctive corporate headquarters for multi-disciplined staff and for recruiting new personnel.
