Archimages provided Architectural, Interior Design and Engineering services for the design and construction of this State Office Facility. Program consisted of offices, interview rooms and conference facilities for multiple state departments. Support areas including copy work centers, breakrooms and staff locker facilities were also provided. The exterior tilt up panels utilized accent reveals and color to add visual interest to the facades. Interior finishes were selected based on esthetics, durability and low maintenance. Archimages also provided construction administration services including contractor selection, bidding analysis, contract negotiations and construction observation. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
