The renovation of St. Francis Xavier College Church contained three phases. The first phase was an interior renovation of the landmark church. The Sanctuary was cleaned and painted. A new lighting system and new sound system were installed as well as a new heating, air conditioning and sprinkler system. Two new lifts, one for wheelchair access and the second for extra furniture to be taken down to the undercroft, were installed. A new baptismal area was created at the narthex end of the church. The second phase was developing the undercroft space including a small chapel seating 140. In the third phase a large meeting / dining area with a seating capacity of 360 was created. A serving kitchen, toilets and maintenance shop were also included.
