Archimages provided master facility planning and design services identifying a series of facility upgrades and expansions. A site improvement packaged included new drives, lighting, landscape and signage for the campus. A 12,000 S.F. skilled nursing/rehab addition and renovation will provide private room accommodations and improved patient areas. A 7 room addition along with cosmetic upgrades to the existing assisted living facility will be provided. Necessary utility system upgrades to support expanded building operations will be provided as required. A new rehab/therapy gym space will be provided in the expansion along with a backfill laundry facility.
