The Masonry Centre of St. Louis

The project scope included the renovation of the existing 5,000 S.F. facility and an addition of 12,400 S.F. of program space. The key components to the project were the doubling in size of the assembly rooms and restrooms, along with the addition of several private offices, a boardroom and conference room/library. The scope included systems analysis and design of new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. The building hosts several group events and provides a flexible training environment. Both the interior and exterior display a variety of masonry materials and detailing. The facility acts as a showcase for local contractors and a source of pride for the local masonry contracting industry.
