This multi-phased retail redevelopment features several national tenants at the intersection of Highway 40/64 and Brentwood Boulevard. The center has multiple access points so the planning was focused on maximization of lease space and efficient customer circulation patterns. The building facades vary in style to create an interesting streetscape and allow tenants to portray individual images. Limited base color palettes were used for unification while accent colors create a design variety. Site amenities include multiple water features, custom pylon signage, outdoor plazas and generous landscaping which have won several local awards and unify the development. Archimages also provided tenant finish services for a majority of the leased space.
